4 Ingredient Clean Eating Nachos
I recently came back from Mexico and never ate any nachos while there!
When tempted I thought to myself, “do I really want to eat all this grease, salt & carbs – while in a bikini?”.
Nope, not at all!
In fact, I think I am going to try to convince my buddy Risse to add
“Wear a bikini when you eat” (or eat naked), on our next plan
because it really makes you think twice about what you put down the ol’ chute.
Once I got home, though, I created my own healthy nacho recipe and have enjoyed many servings since.
1/2 avocado
1/4 c salsa*
(3) Wasa Light Rye Crisp Breads
1/3 c Italian 4 Cheese Blend, light
Sprinkle cheese on top of the Wasa’s, nuke for 30-45 seconds, top with a tbsp of salsa on each and some slices of avocado.
That’s it.
*Make your own salsa (we have an amazing one in our 6-Week Shape Up Plan), or if you are lazy like I am, buy a clean eating kind with only fresh ingredients listed. No preservatives or crap!
Read your food labels.
My absolute fave salsa is “Salsa & Company” – it rocks!
